Marilyn Wilder and Dave Stucky attended the 2013 Kansas Bar Association Agricultural Law Seminar held on November 8, 2013 at the Kansas Farm Bureau Headquarters in Manhattan, Kansas. The seminar is an annual event and covers a variety of topics pertinent to Kansas agricultural law. Both state and national speakers covered topics that included an overview of recent developments in agricultural law, new issues impacting water law and farm and ranch estate planning techniques. Stucky and Wilder are attorneys at Adrian & Pankratz, P.A. and devote a significant portion of their practice to agricultural law.
