Adrian & Pankratz is pleased to announce the addition of Associate Attorney Dave Stucky to its law firm. Dave is a 2008 graduate of Washburn University School of Law, where he finished magna cum laude and received a natural resources certificate with honors. While in law school, Dave actively participated in both moot court and law journal. Dave served as a Comments Editor of the Washburn Law Journal during his final year of school and was selected to participate in the regional moot court competition where he and his teammate received the top brief score in the entire competition. Dave engaged in a variety of different legal experiences while in law school including clerking for a federal court judge and the Kansas Corporation Commission.
Dave received his undergraduate degrees in business/economics and restorative justice from Bethel College, Newton, graduating summa cum laude. While at Bethel he served as president of several organizations including the Student Activity Board and the Student Alumni Association. Dave also received the prestigious Thresher Award for his senior thesis involving a cross-comparative analysis of socioeconomic status and crime rates.
Dave joins attorneys Tom Adrian, Randall Pankratz, Marilyn Wilder, and Timothy Hodge in their general practice firm. Dave plans to focus his practice on natural resources law and civil litigation. He will also handle real estate, business, probate, family law, criminal, and traffic matters. Dave, and his wife Shelley, will reside in Newton.
