Adrian and Stucky speak at two seminars about water law

Newton attorneys Tom Adrian and Dave Stucky spoke at an all-day seminar on water law on Dec. 3, hosted at the Hilton Garden Inn in Wichita. The topics Adrian and Stucky presented included emerging legal issues in groundwater and surface water including diverse areas such as ownership issues involving water rights, the history of water law and the Clean Water Act. The seminar was attended by individuals who deal with water law including attorneys, engineers and surveyors.

Pankratz attends employment law conference in Chicago

Randy Pankratz recently attended the two-day National Employment Law Institute Employment Law Conference in Chicago. The conference is devoted to current issues impacting employment law and is attended by attorneys throughout the Midwest. Randy Pankratz and Marilyn Wilder have been awarded AV Peer Review ratings by Martindale-Hubbell.
