Randy Pankratz recently took part in the Midwestern Estate, Tax and Business Planning Institute, held June 12 and 13 in Indianapolis. Several hundred attorneys and other Midwestern estate planning professionals participated in the meetings. Subjects covered included changes in recommended provisions and procedures for revocable trusts, retirement assets, and advance directives.
