The firm has many years of experience handling cases involving such areas as agriculture, water rights, oil and gas, and environmental law. Since its inception, Tom Adrian has served as legal counsel for the Equus Beds Groundwater Management District. Tom’s experience in handling legal matters for the District, which manages the groundwater for Sedgwick, Reno, Harvey, and McPherson Counties, has made him vastly knowledgeable on water rights issues.
The firm has represented farmers on a host of different agricultural law matters such as property disputes. Since many of the attorneys have a farm background, they understand the demands of farming in the face of a complex and competitive market. Pankratz & Hodge’s attorneys have remained on the forefront of matters involving natural resources law. Recently, the firm drafted several contracts involving wind energy.
